Take a break from the real world for the day to focus on
you and your wellbeing!
You will learn how to map your nervous system, building awareness of what causes you to shift into a stress response.
You will learn techniques that will help you to shift back into a state where we feel calm, safe, present and connected.
You will begin the process of reparenting yourself – taking care of yourself, showing compassion for yourself.
You will identify those things that help you to feel safe, relaxed and calm and make a plan to build them into your daily life.
Yoga + Breath-work techniques that are proven to calm the nervous system.
